1. Submit a CDROM.
2. On 14th Nov(Submission date), please copy the folder indicated below (*) onto the computers for assessment.

CDROM
A single clearly labelled and packaged CDROM.

CDROM Cover
The CDROM should be packaged in a hard plastic DVD case with a printed cover. The text should legible and contain the following details on the outside cover.

1. The Project Title : eg "Studio Practice 2011".
2. Students Full Name
3. Students ID
4. Students Level and Class Code. eg. Level 1 : AAT1A/AAT1B
5. Students Handphone Number (please include international dialling code eg. +65 91234567)
6. Students Email Addresses (LASALLE email and Personal email)

Note : Do NOT change ANY of the formatting listed above. Your details must be listed in full and only QuickTime movies will be accepted. You are strongly encouraged to design your CDROM cover..!!

CDROM Content
1 folder (your_full_name) and 1 .txt file (ReadMe.txt).

1. * your_full_name - A folder containing the following 6 files.

   1. claymation.mov
   2. wipeboard.mov
   3. canon.mov
   4. walkcycle.mov
   5. swinging_ball.mov
   6. swinging_cube.mov
   7. shophouse.mov (MAYA Project)
   8. premier.mov (Adobe Premier Editing Project)

2. ReadMe.doc - A text file containing points 1 - 8 exactly as listed above for the CDROM cover.

* When uploading your work to the computers for assessment, copy the entire folder (your_full_name). All 8 projects will be assessed.

• All necessary development work
• All necessary research work

The list above is a suggested guide for the minimum requirement. If you have other material which you would like to be considered for you assessment, please include it. 3d students are encouraged to include evidence of their modelling (character & environment) and rigging.

1. *Final - A folder containing a single movie file labelled your_full_name.mov (720 * 576 .mov with credits and LASALLE logo at the end).
2. *Tests - A folder containing line tests, playblasts, rigging reels etc. Please note, 3d students are required to include a rigging reel.
3. Development - A folder containing jpeg images of all your development and supporting work. This may include sketchbook material and imageboards.
4. Images - A folder containing a minimum of 5 medium resolution jpeg images suitable for print. Resolution : 1024 * 768 pixels. (eg. robot_image01.jpg).
5. ReadMe.doc - A text file containing points 1 - 6 exactly as listed above for the CDROM cover.
6. *Proposal.doc - A text file containing your project proposal.

* When uploading your work to the computers for assessment, create a folder (your_full_name) and copy the items above into that folder.

Note : All images should be minimum resolution of  1024 * 768 pixels. Do NOT change ANY of the formatting listed above.

Submissions : Monday 21st Nov, 10am - 12noon (no late submissions at all)
